Best of all, you'll love the freedom to bring in your own catering service without paying a catering fee to the Blue Moon Ballroom.
You are very much in control of your food budget and can save big bucks by choosing who you want for catering. Even family and friends are welcome to assist you with the food.
Plenty of time to decorate
Decorate the way you want. You can come in to decorate in the morning the day of your event, or even the night before if there is no other event booked at that time. No extra charge for your decorating time.
Our Blue Moon Ballroom staff will be available throughout your event to set up, move, and tear down your reception.

Pro-DJ Service Included
Pro-DJ Service included in our "all-inclusive" package. Our sound system is rich, clear, and well balanced. Includes dinner music and your reception for up to 6 hours. We’ll make announcements, play your special songs at the right time and take song requests too!

We set up, tear down & clean up
You don't have to worry about the set up and tear down on your special day. Our Blue Moon staff will do all the setting up of the tables and chairs with the table linens and table skirting on head and cake tables. You won't have to come back the next day to tear down and cleanup. We do all of that for you as well!
